1. Who is responsible for your information

2. What this website collects

This is a static website. It does not require an account, and it does not track you across other sites.

• Information you submit in a form. The contact and professional inquiry forms collect the fields shown on them — for example name, role, organisation, email, phone and your message. We use that information to respond to you.
• A local preference. Your response to the cookie notice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key vb-consent so the notice does not reappear. It is not transmitted anywhere and contains no personal information.
• Standard server logs. The hosting provider serving this site records ordinary technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user agent. This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States); log retention follows the hosting provider’s standard practices.

This website loads no third-party fonts, no third-party scripts and no advertising or social media trackers. All assets are served from the same domain as the pages themselves.

3. Analytics

No analytics service is installed at the time of this review. If analytics is added later, this section must state which service, what it collects, whether data leaves the jurisdiction, and how consent is obtained. Optional analytics will only run where you have agreed to it.

4. Please do not send health information

The forms on this website are not a secure channel for personal health information. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, patient identifiers or anything similar. If your inquiry concerns a specific individual's care, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

5. Why we use your information, and on what basis

• To respond to your inquiry. Because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering questions about our work.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations. Including record-keeping obligations that apply to biologic products where relevant.
• To keep this website secure and working. Including reviewing server logs for abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

6. Who we share it with

Only where necessary: our hosting provider, our email provider, and — if one is configured — the service that delivers form submissions. Each acts on our instructions.

Named processors and their locations: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting, United States) and the email provider that delivers messages sent to info@verifiedbiologics.com. No form-delivery service is currently configured.

7. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any applicable legal or regulatory retention requirement, then deleted.

Specific retention periods: contact-form inquiries and related correspondence are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, contact info@verifiedbiologics.com.

Applicable privacy regimes (for example GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA) and the specific rights and response timescales that follow: if a privacy law in your jurisdiction grants you specific rights, we will honour them and respond within the timescales that law requires.

Whether information is transferred outside your jurisdiction, and the safeguards used if so: this website is hosted in the United States, so technical request data is processed there wherever you visit from.

10. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Inquiry correspondence is held in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is the reason for the request in section 4.

Technical and organisational measures in place: this site is served only over HTTPS, loads no third-party scripts or trackers, and access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it to respond.

11. Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published here with an updated review date.
